Customers can return the order within 15 days after an order has been received.
You can initiate cancellation requests for products or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by writing us an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Always the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering the products. Send us the email on firstname.lastname@example.org
Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, orders can not be canceled. If the order is delivered and if you receive a faulty product, then you can raise a return request within 15 days of delivery.
If you have received damaged product/s, always feel free to return the shipment, and the order amount will be refunded back to the original payment method within seven working days once the order is picked and received at our warehouse.
If the product delivered was found to be faulty from DudeMe, the replacement of the product will be initiated.
The users are requested to check the size chart before placing an order.
For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into a particular bank account shared by the user.
Kindly pack the dresses/accessories securely to avoid any loss or damage during transit of the products. If you receive a defective product, the entire shipping charges will be bared by us, and if any wrong orders were placed by the customer, he/she is entitled to bear the cost.
